Damen Yachts Successfully Delivers the Latest Amels 60 Superyacht 21.12
Damen Yachting has recently successfully delivered its latest Amels 60 model—the superyacht 21.12. This 60-meter (197-foot) yacht has departed from the Damen Yachting shipyard in Vlissingen, Netherlands, and is heading to Dartmouth, England, for its maiden voyage.
The 21.12 features a steel displacement hull and an aluminum superstructure, with a beam of 10.4 meters and a draft of 3.35 meters, giving it a total internal volume of 850 gross tons (GT). The construction of this yacht began in mid-2022 and is the sixth vessel based on the Amels 60 design platform. The interior design was handled by Winch Design, while the exterior was expertly crafted by Espen Oeino, showcasing a clean and elegant style.
“Witnessing the completion of a project is always a significant moment. We are immensely proud of our shared achievements. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and I have no doubt that the striking colors of the 21.12 will catch people's attention wherever it goes,” said Paul Deurloo, Project Manager at Damen Yachting.
This Amels superyacht can accommodate up to 12 guests, distributed among six luxurious suites, including a master suite and a VIP cabin on the main deck. Additionally, the yacht can host 13 crew members.
