New Boat Silence SY62 Yacht at the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

Silent Yachts will showcase its latest creation, the SY62 open-deck multihull yacht, at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show from October 30 to November 3, 2024. The exhibition will take place at booth G-721 in Bahia Mar, where the yacht's solar-powered electric technology and innovative design will be presented to the public.

The SY62 yacht is an upgraded version of the highly acclaimed Silent 62 series, featuring an open three-deck design. Its streamlined hardtop structure is supported by two pillars and four support points, providing approximately 60 square meters of customizable space.

This yacht is particularly suited for tropical climates, equipped with a spacious sunroof lounge area that includes a bar with three high stools, a comfortable sofa made of waterproof Sunbrella fabric, and a height-adjustable table suitable for dining or leisure. The helm is distributed between the flybridge and the living area, with a generous social space located at the rear of the main deck.

The yacht features a teak deck that can lift and store water sports equipment weighing up to 500 kilograms, providing convenience for water activities and leisure. In addition, the 50-square-meter living room seamlessly merges with the outdoor space, featuring a rear galley, an L-shaped sofa, and a convertible dining table.

The Silent SY62 yacht is powered by dual electric motors with a maximum output of 340 kW, offering a cruising speed of 6-8 knots and equipped with 16.8 kW solar panels. The internal layout is flexible, allowing for passage from the living room to the lounge area or the lower central master cabin. Other highlights include three double cabins, ample storage space, and customizable interior options.
